Frequently asked questions
We ask that everyone arrive 10-15 minutes before the bus plans to depart. That would mean 9:50 for the 10am bus and 1:20pm for the 1:30pm bus. We will not wait longer than 10 minutes to depart especially if the bus is full and all other trainers have arrived on time and are ready to go.
Remember that these raids are timed and our goal is to hit as many raids during the 3 hour shift as possible. The time goes fast and many trainers have saved passes and eggs and star pieces which are running. It is not fair to the group to wait on one person.
During those 15 minutes before departure, we are often busy getting everyone checked in and making sure they have a seat and a confirmed ticket so we are not checking our phones. You are welcome to text or call 512.632.6251.
We will not issue a refund to anyone who is running late.
There is plenty of street parking available at and around the Capitol on weekends.
You can also take advantage of the Capitol Visitor Center parking garage located at 1201 San Jacinto which is about 1 block from the pickup location. Additional information can be found by following the hyperlink above.
There is also metered parking on both San Jacinto and Trinity between 11th and 14th streets. If you are playing all day, we will let you run to add funds to your meter between buses.
Currently no. As our group size is still growing, we been contracting smaller shuttle style busses, generally accommodating between 18-28 people which do not have restroom facilities. There are facilities in the Capitol building which we recommend using before, during the morning and afternoon bus session change and after the bus returns. Additionally we take a break midway through the morning session (about 11:30am) and midway through the afternoon session (about 3:30pm).
Currently no. As our group size is still growing, we been contracting smaller shuttle style busses, generally accommodating between 18-28 people which do not have wi-fi. If you are playing on alternate accounts or on tablet devices that require wifi, you will need to connect to you personal hot spot. This also means that sometimes your account will "float" and that you cannot use local or premium raid passes.
Sometimes, but assume no. As our group size is still growing, we been contracting smaller shuttle style busses, generally accommodating between 18-28 people which do not have electrical outlets. Please come with your phones fully charged or bring a power bank that will support the time you expect to ride the bus. We do bring a few extra power banks but not enough for every passenger .
Recommended:

-- Enough star pieces and eggs for the duration of the raid session
-- Enough item bag storage for collecting rewards, berries, candies, balls, and TMs
-- Manage your gifts and contact friends to identify any friends you might be leveling up with while you have an egg on to take advantage of double XP with an egg.
-- Prepare your battle party and evolve your Mega's to maximize damage and candies. We will try to make recommendations at the beginning of the bus as we re driving to the first raid.
